Dr Elizabeth Foley - Director
Education:

Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology) - MqU.
Elizabeth has extensive experience in the facilitation of mindfulness training across various clinical and nonclinical settings, having guided more than 50 eight week mindfulness courses and having completed a clinical PhD in this area.
As well as working with individuals, groups and professionals at Mind Potential, Elizabeth currently holds academic and lecturing positions at Sydney and Macquarie Universities.
Current research interests involve acceptance based therapies for those experiencing ill health, for young adults and for those experiencing more chronic and complex mental health challenges. Elizabeth currently holds funding grants with NSW & QLD Cancer Council and Beyond Blue.
Elizabeth is the Director of the Sydney office of Mind Potential.
Emma Sinclair - Director
Education:

Masters Degree in Psychology (Clin) – UNSW
Doctor of Philosophy (Current candidate) - MqU.
Emma has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents. She also specialises in working with eating and mood disorders.
Emma is currently researching the implementation of mindfulness based cognitive therapy with children who have a cancer diagnosis. Emma holds an NHMRC grant for this work.
Emma also maintains an interest in post-traumatic stress disorder in children, particularly in children with a chronic medical condition.
Emma is Director of the Newcastle office of Mind Potential.
