Individual and group therapy programs are generally short term and utilise evidence based methods to ensure that the therapeutic approach is effective for your particular issues and needs. Refer to the individual therapy and group training pages for more details. Medicare rebates for clinical psychology are available for all services.

Courses, workshops and mentoring are available for professionals wanting to integrate mindfulness into their lives and work. Health professionals can refer to the Clinician Training Page for more information. Organizations may refer to the Innovation page for more information.

The research focus of this practice provides many benefits. Firstly, it ensures that all services continue to be evidence based.
