Mind Potential is committed to evidence based practice. The progress of all clients is monitored across time to ensure the ongoing delivery of high quality therapy. Several research projects on anonymous data are currently being undertaken and all results/publications will be listed on this website when available.

Current research is focused on the evaluation Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for children and adults with a cancer diagnosis and their caregivers. Smaller studies are also being conducted on the effectiveness of Acceptance Based Therapies for more chronic mental health conditions and for young adults.
